Bryan Maizlish is the Interim Advisor & President/CEO of HPC Defense.  Bryan is a seasoned and well-respected public sector industry veteran and brings extensive and relevant experience as a visionary executive and  entrepreneur with 25+ years managing budgets of $1 billion+, and  achieving in excess of 50% growth in operating profits per annum for Fortune 1000 companies.  

Bryan  launched Human Security Inc's (HUMAN) public sector and partnership  efforts, authored the business plan, targeted, co-negotiated, and  co-executed large government contacts resulting in highly profitable annual recurring revenues (ARR) in less than a year.  During his tenure, HUMAN was named among the Time 100 Most  Influential Companies in 2023, and Time 200 Best Inventions of 2023.  A  top performer, named one of the 14 Leading Minds by the Institute of  International Research that “influenced an industry,” received the NOVA  Award, Lockheed Martin’s highest honor as the CTO within the largest systems integration program, and twice awarded the Outstanding  Achievement Award on the largest program at Northrop Grumman (within the  TASC division).  

 Bryan was in charge of Enterprise Architecture at Jacobs Engineering, a Fortune 500 engineering,  technical, professional and construction services firm with a broad  range of clients globally, including companies, organizations, and  government agencies.  Bryan was awarded the highest honor at Jacobs. Best-selling  author on IT portfolio management, innovation, and cloud computing  books. Mr. Maizlish received an MBA from The Wharton School of Business,  earned his Project Management Professional (PMP) certification,.and was a member of the 1983 Rose Bowl Champion UCLA football team. 

Bryan recently supported HPC's efforts in achieving GSA schedule approval (GSA Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) contract # 47QSMS24D005F),  and is passionate about the e-bike industry having co-architect and  co-designer of HPC's newest e-bike, the fastest factory e-bike in the world with top speed of over 80 mph
